Ed Masry who filed the class action suit against WWASP has passed away....

This is extremely sad!  :sad: Does anyone know what the outcome of the lawsuit was or is it still going on?

The suit will go on, there are two firms listed as council of record, and the lead is actually the guy named Bushkin.

You can download the whole complaint from the Los Angeles County court's web site, but it will cost you about $25 bucks.

For some, that may be well worth it.
