I want to file a law suit against my state. I cannot explain why at this time, but I am dead set on doing it. I have heard from folks that it is possible, but every time I go to the law library I keep getting the run around. I cannot find an attorney to do this.
My particular is very interesting and has little to do with "child abuse" but I think you would understand if you were in my shoes.
I have not posted on here in several months now, so I'm glad to see some new faces, but I was hoping someone might shed some light on this situation. I do NOT have any money to buy an attorney and I think I would like to try the case myself.
Personally I really don't think I would have a very hard time filing the case, and I don't think I would have a hard time winning with all these cases that have been won against Straight Inc.
I would like to hear from some of you, and if you have email addresses or something other I would be more than happy to contact you.
