The plaintiff's (trustees) in the case will be amending their complaint to include additional parties namely the mortgage company and title company, then they will file the amended complaint with the court.
The hearing on defendant Crist at the Sea's motion to dismiss has been postponed until after that amended complaint is filed.
No further court dates are set at this time.
The judge encouraged both sides to mediation.
