Actually looks like YOU put it in there yourself with photoshop , but more power to you. She deserves it.
The same picture is on her myspace and it doesn't have that thing that's on yours. She's a freak nonetheless.
This is the one on her myspace, it doesnt have that thing and looks like you rotated it.No way is that a nose job. Nobody would pay for that tiny ferret nose. looks natural to me.

You should get better photoshop skills before trying to do something like that.
I also looked at the other 'original' one that was from her myspace and nothing was adjusted in that one. She didn't even rotate it to be upright.
