I am sorry that some sick childish emotionaly disturbed whacko is threatening you.
I pray that you continue to be safe and healthy.
I have to say that it is a shame that some ANON sicko is using this forum to threaten your children. I am sorry that this has gotten out of control. If it were my children I would turn his threats over to the authorities, or at least keep record of his posts. Just incase. I myself am going to consult my Atty to see if his postings legaly infringe upon my civil liberties. The blubbering doesnt hurt its the accusation that I am a pedophile and that I collected state and federal funds. This I believe is Liable and I think that the others should look into it also.

Someone posting behind anonymous proxies from southeast asia is hardly a real threat to anyone except our tempers and jaw muscles.
I seriously doubt that any of Ginger's kids are afraid of that little shit of a troll at all, and nor should yourself take him too seriously.
Now, if you CAN sue the bastard, go for it!
But otherwise, dont take it seriously. Hes a little turd trying to get a rise out of you or anyone he can get for attention. God only knows why hes hanging around FORNITS to do it, maybe hes a programmie, maybe he just got out. Maybe he's Ken Kay... who knows?

The threats may or maynot ever play out. but what if they do? How many of us stood by and watched, laughing them off? What is going on here is Assult and terrorism. How can one say for certian they won't happen? Some of the trolling is from people who call themselves friend. That is disturbing, because there is no way to know who is who. Whoever is making threats and slander and means it? We can't know the answer, unless it was investigated. The person who claims to be really intending on harming people has taken control of this forum. The behavior is harming many peoples desire to meet here and I'm sure that is one intention. This reminds me of our parents think " aww, they won't really hurt our kid, it's all just manipulation."
Harm none, has flown out the window here. I'd take a threat on my childs life seriously no matter where it was from. Slander and defamation of charater is happening here in a BIG way.
Innocent people are getting hurt by this in their real lives. Not like google won't pop this up if a background check is done for any of these people by a prospective employer. That alone is harmful to someones life and well being. People's names and reputation are being abused and many are just laughing it off. I guess it won't be so funny when you try to get a job that requires a background check and your name pops up with someones accusations of child molesting or worse. The concept of innocent until proven guilty has become null and void. This isn't a trial of your peers, this is one or two people with the potential to destroy an innocent persons life.

Well, yes. Some joker might actually make a hiring or credit decision against a person named in these forums. But would you want to work for someone that stupid? I mean, ya know, consider the source? Check facts?
Secondly, more importantly, there's a LOT of satire as well as unbelievable true stories about real bad guys all over these forums. Do you believe, for example, that the staff of Elan had the students participate in burying a girl alive out in the woods at night and that no one ever saw or heard from her again?
Honest to god, I can't be sure. Can you? But it sure would fuck w/ Elan's reputation; especially those individuals who are still there all these decades later.
How am I supposed to make that call? I can't. It's entirely up to you, dear reader, what you wish to believe.
If anyone is seriously threatened or frightened by this guy, I highly recomend that you take it to the authorities and tell them who you suspect it is. They'll check it out, they'll assess the threat level. They can't all be in Sembler's pocket. In fact I suspect their power is waning right along with the Büsh regime's popularity numbers.
But if what you're feeling is not frightened or threatened, but merely annoyed and angry, then I would NOT recomend calling in the authorities. It would just be way out of line and inequitable. Annoyance and offense does not justify condemning the annoying prick to being some big, sweaty lifer's bitch.

I never read the Elan thread. But your saying that someone posted an actual MURDER? Was the person that posted this present at the time of the crime. Do they know where the victim is buried?

Several different people have corroborated the story. Consensus (if I remember right) was that it was not an actual murder, but an extremely warped and effective mindfuck. It's very hard to find those salient topics, though. Coincidentally or not, when the discussion turns to certain topics over there, some crack pot comes out of nowhere and starts doing everything they can think of to disrupt the forum.
Religion is a byproduct of fear. For much of human history, it may have been a necessary evil, but why was it more evil than necessary? Isn't killing people in the name of God a pretty good definition of insanity?
