Google brian peppers and see all the links about him. He is a registered sex offendr in ohio. Many people have taken his picture and cropped it onto differnt peoples bodies and even a pepper.

No.  He was staff at Elan.  He worked in Elan 7.  Maybe he was a "resident" before that.  I'm not really sure.
