I couldn't believe when I stumbled upon this website. Made me want to be ill seeing all the programs they've listed:

I could be wrong - but just from looking it over - I think this is a site set up to advertise.
My guess is anyone who'll pay what ever fee they have can be listed.
And I did notice some long out dated info, so I would also say it is not a site you can depend upon for accurate information.
It reminds me of Lon's site. Seems to have the same purpose. I imagine its a money maker.

Yes, I do think it's all about making money and that they are advertising. It's just disgusting how many programs are out there. These only touch the very surface. You just have to wonder how many of them fall into the same abusive practices as, say, Mission Mountain School? That's one that Woodbury's daughter attended and they think it's just great. Well, go over to the Mission Mountain forum and I think it speaks for itself. Much more of the same. Of course the guy got his start with WWASP, so no wonder. You just have to wonder how many others got their start that way.

It's an industry that needs oversite and regulations. It's an industry that needs to be publicized. The problem is all the rah, rah, program supporters who claim what wonderful experiences they've had. There are thousands and thousands of them willing and ready to speak out for the programs. They have already done so when trying to defeat bills.

It's time those who had bad experiences speak out in a much bigger way, in my opinion. They need to find a way to work together to have their voices heard. A show here and there on TV just isn't cutting it and is not making a difference. Not enough of a difference, they're growing by leaps and bounds. Something must change.

Anyway, just my 2 cents worth for today.
