Is the project dead in the water?

Also, whatever happened to the infamous Ryan Fraidenburg (sp)?  The former CBTS kid who was supposed to be consulting on the movie and also the lead plaintiff in the much-ballyooed CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against WWASPS?  

Where is Ryan?

I remember reading about this movie last year- but
now the site is down. Maybe they are not going to make the movie afterall.
