Here's a copy of the letter that was laid on top of a couple hundred auditorium chairs, one podium, and several "dignitary and honoree" chairs in Williamsburg VA this morning at the 2005 VASSP Conference. The first order of today's schedule included the award ceremony in which former STRAIGHT INC executive director Mel Riddile was honored as the VASSP's principal of the year.
 
 

ATTENTION SCHOOL PROFESSIONALS

    A request was made to Dr. Riddile earlier this

year to speak out against the allegedly abusive

treatment of children in a drug treatment program called Kids Helping Kids in Milford OH.

 

Kids Helping Kids uses the same form of â??therapyâ?
