Why is Marty worse than any of the other scumbags there ie. Pete Rowe, Tania Merrette, Marc Rosenberg?
Weren't they ALL assholes???

I guess in my day Marty didn't have much to do with us. In my looooooong 3 years there, I only saw him a handful of times. He ran a few groups, showed up for a few select GMs and that was about it. I found Peter and Tania to be much worse than him. But really it is the concept itself that was most abusive.

Why Marty?
Marty was in charge of it all. He could have stopped some bullshit. He was a senior director in a position of trust and respect. But he tried to be a pseudo-psychologist -- even when he was way off-base. Marty was cruel, disrespectful and condescending. He's still an asshole.
Marty deserves everything he's getting on this board

Actually Marty is the biggest prick at Elan, other than Tania Merette and maybe, Peter Rowe, who are equal to him. The three of them should be called Axis of Evil.
Some people who work at Elan are OK, but these three aren't among them.
