Sometimes when there is a disagreement it is good to look at the original document. Sexual activity can have many meanings including masturbation, sex, foreplay, flirting etc. there was no specifics mentioned.
So I think we can all agree that the ORS report did not mention that a girl was raped. If a girl had been raped they would have put it in the report, but they did not. DJ just made this up, but why?
As far as the report goes here is a clip:
Based on record review, resident and staff interviews, the agency failed to provide for the needs,
care, protection, and supervision of the children in care;
Findings Include:
(1) During an interviews conducted on September 1, 2010 from 1:00 pm-3:30 pm with Residents
101, 102, 108, 109, 110, and 112 in which all residents acknowledged that they are aware of
residents engaging in sexually inappropriate behavior. It was reported that the residents would
sneak off in designated areas unbeknownst to staff.
(2) Record review on September 1, 2010 of Incident Report dated 06-06-10 for Resident #11
revealed Resident #11 along with 6 other females disclosed to staff an incident involving sexual
activity between Resident #11 and an older male resident. It was documented that Resident #11
appeared upset and stated that what occurred between herself (R11) and the male resident was
an unwelcome encounter.
I was speculating as to why DJ would make up a lie about any of the above kids being raped at RCS and I believe it is probably due the fact that he is still upset about being fired from HLA. If you can think of another reason he would lie I would be open to your input.

Break out the flashlights. When a full lunar eclipse takes place on the shortest day of the year, the planet may just get awfully dark.
The upcoming Dec. 21 full moon -- besides distinguishing itself from the others in 2010 by undergoing a total eclipse -- will also take place on the same date as the solstice (the winter solstice if you live north of the equator, and the summer solstice if you live to the south).
Winter solstice is the shortest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere and marks the official beginning of winter. The sun is at its lowest in our sky because the North Pole of our tilted planet is pointing away from it.
So, how often does the December full moon coincide with the solstice? To answer this question, let's use Universal Time (UT), also sometimes referred to as Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). We do this because in answering this question, it's important to define a specific time zone.
For example, if you live in Honolulu, this December's full moon does not fall on the date of the solstice. Hawaii Time runs 10 hours behind GMT and the full moon occurs on Dec. 20 at 10:13 p.m. local time, while the solstice comes the following day at 1:38 p.m. Alaska, too, will have the full moon and the solstice occur on these respective dates, but in a time zone one hour later than Hawaii.
But both the full moon and solstice do occur on the same date (Dec. 21) in Greenwich, as well across the contiguous United States and Canada.
Prior to this year, there were solstice full moons in 1999 (Dec. 22) and 1980 (Dec. 21).
Interestingly, after this year, we'll have a long time to wait until we have a December full moon occur on the same date as the solstice: Dec. 21, 2094! And even more interesting -- just like this year -- that same full moon will fall into Earth's shadow in a total lunar eclipse. However, unlike this year, the 2094 eclipse will not be visible from the Western Hemisphere, but will be able to be seen from Europe, Africa and much of Asia. Finally, this raises the question -- prior to 2010, when was the last time that we had a total lunar eclipse occur on the same calendar date as the winter solstice? The answer, incredibly, takes us back nearly four centuries.
On Dec. 21, 1638, the full moon was in total eclipse from 1:12 to 2:47 UT. And the solstice occurred later in the day at 16:05 UT. [Amazing photos of a total lunar eclipse]
Once again, it's important to note that this occurred at the Greenwich meridian. For the Americas, this eclipse actually occurred during the evening of Dec. 20, while the solstice occurred on the following day.

And he's suddenly doing this why? My opinion is it's because there's someone here, asking for personal stories about programs......we're responding and he can't cuz he has ZERO personal experience inside programs so he's suddenly posting in the Network thread, None-Ya's Goodbye thread etc. trying to make himself look like he's a normal, balanced or even welcome part of our "community", when we all know he's only here to do what he does best. This poll has been up for a while and only got 12 votes. That sounds about the number of people who regularly come to fornits and sign in. So that's 12 people out of the tens or possibly hundreds of thousands of kids who have been to some sort of behavioral treatment center during their lifetime. But lucky for us these 12 people have decided all programs are abusive and should be shut down, we should thank them for being so smart and decide what works for everybody else. It also should be noted that most posters here were in programs many years, or even decades ago, which is why their negative experiences don't apply to modern day programs.
OMG! I just woke up here at the bathroom at the public library. I was covered in urine and vomit. I stubled from the bathroom and logged on to the public access computer here at the library only to find that my Maximillian-SUCKIT persona had emerged and said some really stupid things. I want to apolagize to everybody here for the absolute stupidity of my Maximillian-SUCKIT creation. Last night I was getting fucked up on some cheap wine and pills when I decided to troll a few AA meets. It was Friday night and I found many drunks ready to take their baptism of powerlessness. I went to chill out in the gutter behing the AA meeting because I had some smack I needed to hammer down. As I bumped the sweet opiate I saw a flash of bright light and I can't remember a thing until I woke up here.

I told the host parents about it and also reported it to staff.. And the only thing that happened was staff told the host family that that family member could not be there while phasers were there.
Should they not have contacted the appropriate authorities ???

I tried setting up an account using a proxy from South East Asia but the link redirects me to the paypal account to check my IP (location). It compares my IP with my home address and rejects the payment if they do not match. So it kept failing.
So tried to make a payment to one of my businesses by using a proxy from Vietnam and the proxy location they gave me was a city named “Hoi an” so I googled the city and found a hotel and address and used that as my residence and country of origin and their phone number of the hotel. I then used a bank of America virtual credit card and entered a fake name and sent myself $200.
I received my code #### in a day or two which indicated that my payment went through. So I think I found a way to send money through paypal and if they conduct an internal audit there will be no trace back to me with the exception of the identification code on the virtual credit card which only traces back to a local Walmart Store.
