I did  link exchange (http://http://www.linkwizard.net) with a number of sites with same or higher Google PR.
When I've viewed the actual page on their site where they have placed the link back to me, the actual page on some of them has a lower or no PR rating.
My question is: Does this matter? Should the page with my link on be of the same or higher PR.
