So I stayed up late last night working on my moral inventory and it was about if staff have feelings too
Were they just doing their job when they yelled obsenities to children, were they brainwashed too?
Was it a necessary power trip so they could get out and seek solice in a quiet life impacted by bad decisions and addiction?
Where they victims too?
I'd like to know from former staff if there was a quota, an expectation, a minimum amount of abuse that was required to be tendered in order to get to the next level.
Any former staff care to comment about your "Job" at the seed and the resulting impact on your life today?
