Title: PASSION!!!!
Post by: Anonymous on April 06, 2006, 12:13:00 AM
I was wondering if anybody else has such fond memories of Johns "PASSION"? You know when he screams at you telling you how bad you are or that everything is your fault or the like and then excuses it with saying hes just very passionate about what he does?? Or when he says "I really love you guys" or how about when he lists everything he does as if that makes him a hero and gets "passionate" or what the rest of the world would call raging because you aren't grateful for his sacrifices??
I used to love the word passion, now
I have a hard time separating its real meaning from getting screamed at for hours.

John never used the word passion that I can recall... he would emphasize the 'safety of the group'  that he was keeping us safe, that he was caring for us... I don't remeber him ever saying he loved us, but he very well could have.

His role was the sort of keeper of chicks, he was the mother hen, or the rooster, rather- cawking all of the time.

All I know is that I would hate to be his daughter.

I also feel very uncomfortable with the notion of being kept safe, if that makes sense... intimacy is difficult, I really think that much of that has to do with MMS experience because I was forced to'trust' (and believe in) someone who called harmful actions a manner of keeping us incompetent kids safe.

oh, and yea, he always insisted we SHOULD be grateful.  As if he was doing us a favor- a labor of love, and not about the $5000 each one of us was brining in to pay for his experiment.
