Cops arrest man on horseback for DUI

It Would be Kentucky -

If this is the law - that a horse is a vehicel - then the law needs changing.

Many a drunk has gotten home safly b/c his Horse knew the way.

It's just bull. They must have had to go looking for an excuse to tag this guy. Nobody today sees a horse and thinks "vehicle". The fact is that some people, including many drawn to law enforcement type vocations, are of the opinion that repealing prohibition was a bad idea. That these people have power in our society is a whole lot more frightening than a whole battalion of mounted drunks.

Never underestimate the bandwidth of a station wagon full of tapes hurtling down the highway.
