Just curious as to why one should call or write elan? If you are sueing them then harassment will only get your case thrown out the window. So again whats the where with-all here?

I am hoping this will get huge media coverage like in the movies Our Fathers. Would be even more helpful if other people step forward.

Elan wants to settle out of court according to my Attorney. They offered an embarrassing amount.

he/she is not responding due to them being full of shit. I looked in all maine newspapers and there is nothing in the sections listing court cases at this time, all cases must be posted in a public newspaper. if there was a case he/she would be instructed to not post here as it would ruin the whole process. Idiot.

There is no court date yet, you will need to find an attorney and file a case with your attorney.

how can you settle out of court when charges have not been placed? all charges even pending are made public.
