Its an outrage and I can hardly believe you are defending people capible of such things. I keep wondering Why? Why?
Let me tell ya something else - I have worked for animal shelters and I know the extremes of neglect and cruelly required to get a person charged and convicted and it is only the most horrible that get a person forbidden to own another animal.
I have seen starved dogs and horses. I have work to try and save them - I know just what was found in the Sudwick's Canadian fields; and its obscene and contemptible.

It is obsence about those horses and dogs in Canada. I am waiting for Mr. Fox at SPCA to report what care that horse in Nephi actually received for the "reported condition of colic."
He sent me an email that he was waiting for one of the two Vets the Sudweeks say they use to call him back about this horse that died in October 2004. I will email Mr. Fox today and ask him again if this horse was in fact treated for "colic."

Buzzkill, you are correct--the learned judge in Canada did not call Mark Sudweeks a lying S.O.B. what he said in paragraph 27 of the Appeals case, which Sudweeks LOST was:
"To be blunt, I found Mr. Sudweeks' testimoney to be a litany of excuses. Some were incredible and others merely very unconvincing. He did not reaise any reasonable doubts in my mind."
Now that is a very NICE way to say: Mark Sudweeks is a liar, don't you think?
