Not only is he a real doctor, anon....he's also one of the BEST. So good in fact that he is a resident at the newly founded SIBS and we are damned proud to have him there! No, don't let the name fool you. He is anything but retarded. That was a just a nickname that kinda stuck for some darned reason. You see, a recalcitrant druggie once yelled it out at him once in group back in the old days, and oddly enough it made the good doctor laugh so hard that he nearly wet his pants! So we couldn't stop calling him that, and it became his accepted 'name' after a while..
