Question for those in SAFE

What were the "TOOLS of CHANGE" used in SAFE?  

how many steps? signs? criteria? prayers?  etc...

That I can remember (9 years later) 12 steps, 3 signs (think, think, think), 5 criteria (don't remember it though), and the serinity prayer.

I hated those damn MI's....when i got out I still did them form time to time. i guess I was just so used to doing them :roll:
