Neil Young After the Goldrush.

I can't tell you how many times I've listened to this album. I have the LP at home, w/ original liner notes.

During my tripping days as I would be coming down I used to love listening to him and Cat Stevens. I find both to be soothing.

Echo & the Bunnymen - lips like sugar, lost and found, new direction, blue blue ocean, satellite, all my life

Kate Bush - love and anger, walk straight down the middle

Bob Dylan - only a pawn in their game, boots of spanish leather, when the ship comes in, the lonesome death of hattie carroll, restless farewell

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Howard talking about how Jay Leno stole that 'Jaywalking' bit from him, how some British guy (who they didn't even know who it was) stole another bit where they get two Chinese carry-out ppl on the phone trying to order from each other...then he started to touch on what a disappointment the gov't has turned out to be...not 'cool' like he imagined that it would turn out to be when he was younger, back in the 60s or whatever....the whole censorship thing, etc..

Charles Mingus - "II B.S." .. ::drummer::
