Governor Huntsman received your correspondence. He asked that we respond.
Your comments and concerns have been noted by the Governor. He is grateful for the insight you have shared regarding this legislation as well as your desire to voice your opinion to public officials. It is important to notify some state legislators of your concerns as well, as they are the proper department who files legislation.
The input of concerned citizens is of great value and represents a tremendous resource to state government as a whole.
On behalf of the Governor, we'd like to thank you for writing.
Sincerely,
Governor's Office of Constituent Affairs
When a religion is good, I conceive it will support itself; and when it does not support itself, and God does not take care to support it so that its professors are obliged to call for help of the civil power, 'tis a sign, I apprehend, of its being a bad one.
