Tortture uncovered....

These schools are devastating to so many youths, family and loved ones! They will not prevail in the United States. Sorry the lid is about to be uncovered on this boiling pot of torture, hatred, and hidden abuse. Mexico currently closed down many schools that had to leave the United States thanks to the brave and wise lawmakers that refuse to allow these schools to operate in their states. Every state needs to be held accountable as federal regulation of every school should occur and quickly. Too many lives are at risk. Thank you.

Its gonna take the average american actually being aware of this to end it.

If the media would just pick up this issue they'd get all the controvercy and RATINGS they'd ever want, but more than likely they're afraid of lawsuits for 'slander', among other things.

Fox News (imagine that!) had an article about STRAIGHT from their website but it was removed. Its now archived at http://www.webdiva.org/fox . Maybe one of the networks would stand up for america's kids, but right now, I don't see any of them doing it.

The part of this benig an uphill battle is people don't WANT to think this can happen and hide from a truth that might be worse than their happy lie.  The government is in with these programs with campaign contributions and because supposedly its better than imprisonment, or it will help kids, so they don't want to admit they did wrong.

Finally, its tied into this 'war on drugs', I mean Straight turned into DFAF ( http://www.dfaf.org ) so how could they imagine that their attempts to 'help' everyone else's kids could have done wrong? Why would they want to! They dont!

Now, don't get me wrong, there are places that do help, and probaby a few that are actually necessary  but the bad ones need to be uncovered and closed and the industry at the whole NEEDS regulation for the sake of the children and teenagers within!

The Constitution of the United States is a law for rulers and people equally in war and peace. And covers with the shield of it's protection all classes of men at all times and under all circumstances.

Unfortunately the media is more concerned about Britney Spears and Micheal Jackson.  Real issues seem to escape them.  What you need is someone with a conscience. Unfortunately many  who have not experienced this believe that the children in these programs are truly the worst juvenile delinquents. They are not aware of the fact that many of them have been victims of abuse and violence. That many of the girls have been sexually abused.  They are not aware that most of the children have been diagnosed with depression and other mental illnesses.
I watched Pappillon again last night.  There are some similarities in the treatment of youth in these programs - isolation for weeks at a time for trivial offences - dressing them in discarded and brite hued sweat suits - denying them food - sensory deprivation - having them witness the brutality of others. What you come to realize is the fact that many of the people who work in these programs and prisons are worse mentally than those who they care for or treat. These programs attract sadists, perverts, pediophiles, homosexual pediophiles and those who enjoy controlling other people.  It's a very sick industry right now because the government has allowed them to be.

Necessity never made a good bargain
