What ever happened to Kate Hawkins?  She was the only staff member I liked.

she had a moustache and hairy moles and greasy hair and was dumb, is that why you liked her?

I second that completely.  I always respected the way she kept in contact with her son.  Made me wish my parents were like that.

Isn't Kate still there?
I adored her until I picked up Brian in August. He graduated high school, but not the program.
Kate greeted us, we talked for about 5 minutes and she tried to rush us out.
A big blow off. She really made me feel like shit. She told me I couldn't go inside and say good-bye to Missy. She was very rude to our family. No one came to say good-bye.  It was so cold.
This was not the way I want to remember her. She had always been so kind.
