SUBSEQUENTLY, IT WAS AGREED WITH MR. CRAIG ROGERS, VERBALLY, TO RECEIVE THE YOUNGSTERS THAT HE WOULD SEND FROM THE ABUNDANT LIFE ACADEMY UTAH. THE CHARGE WAS TO BE $2,000.00 U.S. DOLLARS PER STUDENT (MONTHLY) WHO WOULD GET ROOM AND BOARD IN THE HOUSE AT 94-?A? CONSTITUTION STREET IN AJIJIC. FROM THE VERY BEGINNING, MR. ROGERS DIDN?T PAY THE AGREED AMOUNT OF TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS, THE AGREED UPON AMOUNT. INSTEAD HE PAID ONLY $500.00 U.S. DOLLARS PER STUDENT. THE CONTRACT WAS NEVER FORMALLY LEGALIZED WITH THE UTAH ABUNDANT LIFE ACADEMY. WE WAITED FOR HIM TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION, BUT HE DID NOT RESPOND.

FOR THAT REASON AND REQUIRING MORE PERSONNEL TO PROVIDE BETTER CARE FOR THE YOUNGSTERS, MR. CRAIG ROGERS WAS ASKED TO PROVIDE THE INFORMATION AS TO THE INCOME IN UTAH AS WELL AS THE CONTRACTS THAT HE MADE WITH THE PARENTS. HE DIDN?T PAY ATTENTION TO OUR REQUEST AND THE ?ACADEMIA VIDA ABUNDANTE DEL LAGO CHAPALA? CONTINUED TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE TO THE YOUNGSTERS. VARIOUS CONSULTANTS VISITED THE INSTITUTION IN JUNE AND JULY AND WILL CONFIRM THE EXCELLENCE OF OUR SERVICE.

THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ASSOCIATION OF VIDA ABUNDANTE DEL LAGO CHAPALA WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE STAFF THAT MR. CRAIG ROGERS HIRED FOR THE GUIDANCE OF THE YOUNGSTERS, THEY WERE PEOPLE WITHOUT EXPERIENCE IN THIS TYPE OF PROGRAM, SPECIALLY MR. JOHN NIELSEN WHO HAS A BAD RECORD IN HIS PREVIOUS JOBS. FOR THESE REASONS, WE INFORMED MR. CRAIG ROGERS AS TO THE SITUATION ABOVE MENTIONED WAS DAMAGING THE IMAGE OF THE SCHOOL AS WELL AS THE SUBSTANCE HE WAS PUTTING AT RISK THE EDUCATION OF THE YOUNGSTERS. MR. ROGERS DIDN?T RESPOND TO THIS AND INSTEAD HE FOCUSSED IN FINDING AN INVESTOR FOR ?HIS? BUSINESS. HE NEVER LET US KNOW ANY OF THIS. HE ASKED FOR THE BOOKS OF OUR CORPORATION, WHICH WAS DENIED BECAUSE WE HAD NO LEGAL OBLIGATION TO DO THIS. THEREFORE MR. ROGERS DECIDE TO GO TO THE ACCOUNTANT?S OFFICE AND WITH THREATS TRIED TO GET THEM (THERE ARE WITNESSES OF THIS FACTS). BEING ANNOYED BY NOT GETTING THE RECORDS HE ORDERED MR. JOSUE ROMAN APARICIO TO GO FROM THE PROPERTY RENTED BY OUR CORPORATION SLANDERED AND THREATED HIM.

WHEN THE SITUATION GOT TO THIS POINT WE DECIDED FOR THE BENEFIT OF YOUR CHILDREN, TO PUT OUR CORPORATION ON SALE TO MR. ROGERS BUT HE COULDN?T PAY. THAT IS WHY THE MEMBERS OF ?ACADEMIA VIDA ABUNDANTE DEL LAGO CHAPALA? HAVE TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY WE HAD RENTED AND PROCEED LEGAL ACTION BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN TAKEN IN AN ILLEGAL MANNER.

WE WANT TO POINT OUT THAT THERE IS NOT AND THERE WAS NEVER WAS DURING THE FIVE AND A HALF MONTHS OF OPERATION ANY CONTRACT WITH MR. CRAIG ROGERS TO PROMOTE OUR SERVICES THROUGH THE INTERNET, A WEB PAGE ?ABUNDANT LIFE ACEDEMY? WHERE HE APPOINTS HIMSELF AS THE DIRECTOR OF OUR SCHOOL IN MEXICO AND THE ACADEMY OF ABUNDANT LIFE OF UTAH. BY THE SAME TOKEN, IT NEVER EXISTED ANY CONTRACT WITH HIM FOR HIS SERVICES. EVERYTHING WAS DONE BY COMMON AGREEMENT, HOPING THAT HE WOULD CLEAR OUT THE FINANCING STATEMENTS OF HIS BUSSINES IN THE UNITED STATES.

SOME OF THE PARENTS, AS WELL AS SOME AMERICAN RESIDENTS THAT ARE NEIGHBORS OF THE ?ACADEMIA VIDA ABUNDANTE DEL LAGO CHAPALA? HAVE SPOKEN TO MR. JOSUE APARICIO TO SHOW THEIR SUPPORT AND ALSO TO EXPRESS THEIR DISATISFACTION WITH MR. JOHN NIELSEN?S ATTITUDE AND THE LACK OF MORALITY AND ETHICS FROM MR. CRAIG ROGERS. THEY HAVE ALSO ASKED HIM TO SUPPORT US IN ANY SITUATION THAT WILL CARRY ON IN THE FUTURE.

My name is Craig Rogers, and I am the CEO/President of Abundant Life Academy. Abundant Life Academy is a registered business in the State of Utah. Abundant Life Academy is an academic institution for American and Canadian students. Abundant Life Academy has a major focus on missions and mercy ministries. A part of Abundant Life Academy school program involves students going to Mexico to participate in Mercy Ministries for an extended period of time.

Josue Aparicio and Patricia Bettencort are the legal representatives of ?ACADEMIA VIDA ABUNDANTE DEL LAGO CHAPALA?. However, let it be known that ?ACADEMIA VIDA ABUNDANTE DEL LAGO CHAPALA? is not affliated with Abundant Life Academy of Utah.

Josue Aparicio's ?ACADEMIA VIDA ABUNDANTE DEL LAGO CHAPALA? does not exist in reality. Mr. Aparicio's business does not have any students or staff. His business has never employed professional staff, never had a student, nor any formal agreement or contract with Abundant Life Academy of Utah. ?ACADEMIA VIDA ABUNDANTE DEL LAGO CHAPALA? was established for the purpose of defrauding myself and Abundant Life Academy of Utah.

?ACADEMIA VIDA ABUNDANTE DEL LAGO CHAPALA? is basically a phony corporation set up to defraud Abundant Life Academy. In April through June 2003 ?ACADEMIA VIDA ABUNDANTE DEL LAGO CHAPALA? attempted to negoitate a formal business agreement with Abundant Life Academy of Utah. At that time it was the hope of Abundant Life Academy of Utah to contract with Josue Aparicio's and Patricia Bettencort's company (?ACADEMIA VIDA ABUNDANTE DEL LAGO CHAPALA?) to provide room, board, and food services for the students of Abundant Life Academy of Utah while they were in Mexico doing the missions projects. In mid June it became apparent that Patricia Bettencort was not an honest person and the scheme to defraud Abundant Life Academy of Utah was uncovered. At that time Abundant Life Academy ended all contact with Patricia Bettencort.

Abundant Life Academy continued to work with Mr. Josue Aparicio in good faith until September 2003, when we found out that Josue was a part of Patricia Bettencort's scheme. Since Josue Aparicio was thought to be a loyal friend of myself and a supporter to the vision of Abundant Life Academy, it was very disappointing to find out that Josue was no friend of Abundant Life Academy and he was in partnership with the Ms. Bettencort's plot.

In September of 2003 Abundant Life Academy of Utah terminated any and all relationships with Josue Aparicio and ?ACADEMIA VIDA ABUNDANTE DEL LAGO CHAPALA?.

May it be known that Abundant Life Academy of Utah paid ?ACADEMIA VIDA ABUNDANTE DEL LAGO CHAPALA? $52,000.00 US Dollars over from May through September 2003. The payments were made in good faith with the expectation that ?ACADEMIA VIDA ABUNDANTE DEL LAGO CHAPALA? would deliever on their promises to provide room and board, along with food services to the students of Abundant Life Academy. ?ACADEMIA VIDA ABUNDANTE DEL LAGO CHAPALA? failed miserably to perform their verbal agreement to deliver stated promises. It was also discovered that Josue Aparicio was embezzling funds from Abundant Life Academy of Utah, which was the reason ?ACADEMIA VIDA ABUNDANTE DEL LAGO CHAPALA? failed to deliever and perform their verbal aggreement to provide room, board, and food services.

When Abundant Life Academy of Utah ended its relationship with ?ACADEMIA VIDA ABUNDANTE DEL LAGO CHAPALA? in September of 2003 Patricia Bettencort and Josue Aparicio threatened me personally. Patricia and Josue told me, in the presence of the ?ACADEMIA VIDA ABUNDANTE DEL LAGO CHAPALA? attorney, that unless I immdiately give them $100,000 they would shut down Abundant Life Academy and have me deported. Patricia and Josue brought the local police to the meeting with the intention of intimidating me.

At that meeting it was clear that it was the intention of Patricia Bettencort and Josue Aparicio to blackmail and extort me into paying their attempted bribe. Thank God the attorney is an honest man and refused to allow Patricia and Josue to defraud me. The local police left the meeting disapointed with Patricia and Josue for trying to use them against me. The attorney, who was a former Judge and a high respected law school professor, has since helped me to file a law suit against Josue and Patricia to hold them accountable for theft, defamation, and fraud.

In the meantime Josue and Patricia have told me and others that they will continue to harass me and defame Abundant Life Academy until I pay their bribe. They have threatened to lie to prospective parents and anyone else they can in order to pressure me into paying them off. They have harassed me, lied about me, and continue to attempt to use manipulation of public officials to threaten me.

The whole ordeal is now in the courts where it belongs. All things will be sorted out with a judge. Josue and Patricia will be held accountable for what they have done. In the Mexican court system Josue and Patricia cant lie, and they have to bring forth proof of their claims. Additionally, we will have a chance to bring forth proof that Josue stole and misappropriated funds, equipment and other property.

Last but not least. Josue Aparicio was fired from his previous employment for running the same scheme that he ran against me. It has been reported by the Financial Officer of Josue's former employer that he embezzled anywhere from $12,000 to $40,000 over a period of 3 years. I can give you the name and number of Josue's former employer who will confirm and verify the facts regarding this incident.

With Craig and Karen posting on these ALA threads, ya better be careful you're not the next to be sued for defamation/slander, etc.  Do I sense them as being TROLLS. He said he didn't have money to pay himself.  Could be the next step Jesus is telling him to go.  Think about it.

To inform the uninformed, the program is not about making money, it is about turning around the lives of wayward teens that are heading down a path that leads to destruction.

It is about tough love.  If you have thought anything else, you are truly ignorant.  I know, I have been at the facility.  I have spent time with the counselors and seen first hand the sacrifices they make in order to help these kids.  

It is so easy to sit back and condemn people like Craig.  Hmmmm.  People sat back and condemned Jesus as well.  He too only wanted to help.
