The reason I post songs is this : Music has inspired me and been my best friend all of my life.. I know the lyrics in my head to 1000's of songs ...its a useless talent I have ...
Anyway I attach personal meaning to songs I hear and they inspire deep feelings in me..
and the pics? Thats no random rock star Thats Phillip Anselmo...and the reason his pic is on my sig is because his lyrics are the only ones Ive ever heard that speak of the things a junky goes through..I havent really found another artist whos lyrics speak to me in a way that ....hmm I cant explain this good..
When you have lived in the streets with a needle habit ...there isnt alot of people that can relate to you ...that understand that life...
The person in that photo has lived it and sings about it and therefore I dig what he has to say.

That help you out any? Pic is staying as am I and the lyrics I post...
I never claimed to write any of the lyrics I just print them when I feel they are relevant...either youll read it and get it or you wont....either way I dont give a fuck ...shit just is what it is.
Either dig it or go get fucking killed

I can't believe you were able to even walk in knowing you were going to leave. I would have thought somehow I'd get started over while I was in there.

I thought about it the night before and knew it was gonna happen, that I was going to do it, when I was riding in that day from someplace on the outskirts of DC. I entered the building knowing that later that day I would leave on my way to work. I had to go thru with it because I had dwelled for too long on those thoughts and there was only one choice and that was to act on them. (I had committed thoughtcrime, so I had nothing to lose) I left for work that day at around 2PM and walked toward the restaurant where I washed dishes. When I saw the railroad tracks, I walked over to the bridge and looked down for a second...and then went to one side of the structure and slid down the embankment to the rocks below...

OMG!!!

Froderick, I never thought of it that way.  Very well said.  That's probably why I walked.  Sitting outside the building every day off that I had, I would just gaze out at this overgrown field.  I coveted being able to walk freely in the field and dwelled on it often.  One day, I finally found myself in the middle of the field, and realized I had to keep going, no going back.

Hey Brad:

This is the first that I heard Tyler died.  Do you know what happened, how & when?  I'm surprised we hadn't covered that topic before.

He was a good friend to me & Patrick, I've thought about him often through the years and wondered where he was, etc.

Please let me know!

-K
