I know that you are semi-new to the metroplex Scarstruck, but Dimebag and Vinnie are definitely homeboys. They were always all over the place here in DFW and were the most down to earth brothers one could meet. They jammed on stage with many acts that came to town that unfortunately only us here locally were privvy to. I remember seeing them sit in for a few songs with national acts such as Motley Crue, Ozzy, at a Tommy Chong show in a comedy club, and most recently with Cheap Trick in Fort Worth. No shows could ever top the old Pantera days at Joe's Garage though. There was a tribute on uranium last night and there will be another on mtv2 (I believe) this evening. I have not felt this way since learning of Randy Rhodes death, and John Lennon's death before that. A sad time in metal history. Scarstruck, maybe I'll see you at a local show sometime and we'll burn TBPITW in memoriam to a kick ass guitarist that has gone the way of true legends. Angels will be singing this Christmas with a heavy fucking guitar player accompanying. Like Juliya said on Uranium, he was always one that let his metal flag fly and that flag is at half mast today in his memory.
