What do you think you are accomplishing with posts like that?

All you've done is wreck your credibility with us, which I guess you don't care about anyway.

Please, is there some way you can be a little more constructive. Clearly something Carmel said pissed you off, is it necessary to be so bombastic and inflammatory? :em:

Here is an animals post from just a week or so ago. Animals' writing isn't too difficult to spot most of the time for various reasons. He often posts anonymously and under differing names, often having arguments with himself. He also pretends to become outraged at various things, using it as an excuse to keep posting on this site.

Its sad really, I am actually quite proud of my personal hygiene.

I wonder sometimes if Animals is actually as bad as he/she makes him/herself out to be.  Its gotta be a joke right?  Someone, please say its a joke?

Power to the Sniping Pussies!

PS- Animals, by their own admission refers to themself as WE quite frequently.

Oh my gosh, maybe he's suffering from Dissociative Identity Disorder. That would be sad, really. But it would explain a few things I'm thinking.

By the way, I am going to a haunted house tonight, I am very excited.

I love fun.

Anonymous, to try and act civil about your bullshit is just really pussy of you.  For those of us who think its right not to forget or 'move on' (when are you people really gonna get real and own up to the fact that you're never gonna move on until the U.S. starts being real with us about its child exploitation methods) from what happened at Straight, we have to bare your fuckness moreso.

There are millions, this moment, who are working on legislation to toll statutes of limitations.  Millions more who are working toward getting our fucked up United States to finally ratify the UNICEF declarations and other articles for Child Wellbeing.  We don't sign it because we're making too damn much fucking money Right Now on the little fuckers and we've got too much at stake.  Mark my words, it will happen though and once those are ratified, I think it will give aid to those lame statutes everyone is working on to get tolled.

Why, in California, Washington, Texas - there are huge molestation and abuse scandals at child institutions where the statutes are being waived for years because it sometimes takes kids a fucking long ass time to wake up from being fucked for such a fucking long ass time.  Politicians many times work in great sweeps of passing legislation.  So, it is indeed OUR TIME (for all those who are not pretending to be survivors and for those who really are) coming to us at slower speed, where the statutes in many states here in the south might well catch up to the hip northern areas where the law really does still work.

I think I'll hold on to my pain for a bit longer, and when you're not invited to the hearing because you've moved on - I'll take your share of the victory.  This is simply because you're supposing that even though we lived through what Straight Inc. put us through - somehow we are luckily victorious; but the propensity to physically live is stronger than an inherent will to lay it down and die, neverless it's somehow an outside victory (right?).  Why should anyone have to live with that kind of victory??? Doesn't really seem like revenge or victory at all.  Nah, man.  I'm holding out for something better, and as sure as I've written this for you to read - no matter how long or how many lifetimes - I will prevail and get true legal revenge over my oppressors.

In the meantime, I'll be spitting on your face while you're on front row of Dr. Fucktards startover he just gave you.  Enjoy my spit and cursing, and rules rap.

I prefer this post over the others.

edit: i prefer it in many regards. however, i really don't have any hard feelings over the original post. to each their own. camping is the best and i haven't done it in too long! [ This Message was edited by: fka on 2005-05-10 23:28 ]

Consider yourself lucky. Straight was only a spot on my paper of shit...Granted , most of my lifes problems stem from a little black ball called Heroin..
But now that Im older Im starting to realize why the Heroin was so Important to me. I gave up on people and society. Planet earth has never been a "good place"
Trust noone, dont hesitate to snap.

linchpin, not everyone is out to hurt people. a lot of them are just scared like you are and don't know how to relate to others. being able to discriminate between people's intentions in this way may give you some relief. are they purposefully trying to hurt you? or are they simply defending *themselves*? the behavior can look alike in these two instances, but be very very different.

Everyone is out to hurt someone whether they know it or not..Everyone is inherently good and evil..
A preacher could be turned into a nazi killer if the circumstances cuased it.
Oh its in you..we are all lovers and haters..guess it just depends where you are RIGHT NOW.
 And yes people change....

But you still should never trust anyone.

It's like that line in Scarface when he's smoking a cigar while lying in the bathtub and he replies to his wife, "Who do I trust..? ME...That's who!"

A jaded outlook yet a wise & cautious one. Otoh, feeling like you know that you can trust someone is priceless.

Other people are scared too. Caring about them is what actually will bring them to be more trust-worthy. If people feel safe, they will not feel the need to do you wrong. Staying withdrawn will bring the opposite from people, fear and mistrust. Insecurity. You can affect people and change them by giving them exactly what you are wishing for, concern. That's real power.

although it's a popular idea, i do not agree with this notion that every person is partially good and partially evil, and that it all depends upon the circumstances.  although i do agree that circumstances can bring out aggression or defensive behavior, i don't consider it evil or cruel to try to survive.

some people experience pleasure in causing another's pain; these people are sadists, and i consider that evil. other people (i hope the majority!) when coerced often conform to what is expected, and allow abuse to go on, but they don't delight in it themselves.  i wouldn't call that evil, but self-preservation.  like when you looked away at someone being restrained because staff said to "Pay attention to the person talking!"

didn't we all see this range of behavior at straight?

linchpin, you're right that you can't trust everyone, but you can trust some.  it's just hard to differentiate who is trustworthy and who is not.  you can probably trust your girlfriend.

I used to know instinctively who to trust and just about how much. That part of me died a slow and anguished death over 20 years ago. I keep a very, very short list these days.

We are a one party country. Half of them call themselves Democrats and the other half call themselves Republicans. All the good ideas come from the Libertarians.
