Register and find out.

Remember when doug and mona's dog abe went off the smoking porch? god that was funny. landed like a cat though. Or those great times when there were like four full-times and people running away after the I and me and all that? Caroline's tit-reduction surgery is on my timeline about right in the middle. And dan's fling the year after leaving.  and all that

w i e r d n e s s.

football games were fun, not getting to punch people who consistently blew me away in raps for no reason sucked. But those three hours of sleep in the morning of most propheets= priceless, and there was eggs to order very occasionally at first, and the other hand there was wednesday smorg night, ew. cowboy coffee, and volleyball/california cliques, and dan breaking his neck and ME dragging him outta the water and waiting for paramedics. I saw him on tv three years or so ago. but i always picture him with that trapezoidal metal opject BOLTED to his skull...yeah...that was wierd, man.

I thought Bill dragged Dan out of the water? (I know you're not him, because Bill was in Dan's peer group, and got there in 87.) I'm not being accusatory or saying that you are lying, I just want to make clear that I'm not trying to reveal your identity and that you two are NOT the same person. For all I know the both of you pulled him out of the water. I remember that was the one and only time there was an ambulance on campus while I was there. We were amazed that a student was actually receiving adequate medical care, for once.

Dan had the most amazing recovery, ever. What a tough guy. He was fortunate in that he didn't have to go through the summit because of his injury. He was also very smart.

Abe must have fallen off the porch after I left. I fucking hated that obnoxious dog, but not as much as J'etaime, that shit head little poodle that belonged to Tim's daughter. We used to call her shittums.

I think the coolest dog there was Winston, Caroline's blue collie. He was so sweet. Unlike her.

actually, everyone swam away. I was alone with dan, and I'm not bill. what i remember was every one thought dan was joking and left him there. I went to pull him and when I realized he wasn't helping it FREAKED me out. Staff were helpful in isolating us on the little islet thingy and we waited for ambulance. It seems really fast after that they arrived so there probably is 'missing' time. The other thing that really freaked me out was when they asked him what month it was and he was way way off. He was in total shock.

My favorite was Rookey's dog, Katka, and I also loved the beloved (senile) Ishi. I hated that white cat...melissa? and hated winston, simply because of caroline. And he barked a lot.

Awww. I loved Melissa. She was a sweet kitty. Well, I'm a cat person.

Was Ishi the stinky golden retriever? Damn, that was one smelly dog.

I also loved Bruce and Twila's Aussie cattle dogs, Champ and Clint. Those were by far, the best dogs there, but I'm partial to aussie cattle dogs.

Nina, Carmen's daughter, had a nice dog, too, but I forgot her name. She was black and poofy.

That whole thing with Dan was weird. I remember Dan Earle telling everyone in the house about Bill's quick thinking and how he dragged him onto the island and kept his feet elevated with an inner tube to help with the shock. Not sure where the discrepancy came from. Maybe because Dan and Bill were best friends he thought that Bill had done it. Or maybe it's just my bad memory.

Dan was on TV? What was it about? I'm assuming  he is an animator or something now. Or a game designer, I bet.

oh, no, i don't remember that speech by dan earle about the incident, i can see why it would create confusion. Which Bill was it? Tall blonde one from Texas? He was my dormhead at one point, but i remember MOSTLY being alone with Dan K while 'outsiders' came, but as i said they seemed to arrive faster then 25 minutes or so. There was commostion at first till the islet emptied, I know I was alone with him for some time.

He was on TV for owning a super duper fast car! he is one of a few owners of this car. I think his was red, but you know tv editors.
I was sitting with a friend, having a spliff, when his visage appeared on TV, and I exclaimed: "I saved his life, his name is OH OH OH Kennedy, Dan Kennedy".
A minute later they captioned his name and my friends noted how strange that was, and I told him the story.

Ishi was red and def. STANK like wet-dot half rotting all the time. Yeah. he was my favorite.
was nina's dog Sancho? I was friends with Nina and wonder how to find her. Wierd wierd wierd to be related to the program in that way and actually Live there sometimes without being affiliated, I would like to hear her opinion now.

BTW i think i was very new to the program when this happened. I was a certified rescue dude and had experience with the disabled in water, I surely was the one who dragged him to the islet. Maybe, though, I asked for help. That is likely.

Yeah, Bill was blonde and from Texas. And Ishi was definitely the stinky golden retriever.

Yeah, Sancho was the dogs name. I have a suspicion that Nina thinks the program is full of shit. She never struck me as someone who ever really bought it.
