PUMPGATE UPDATE 07/27/2004

I have heard that for the fourth time the Semblers have canceled Richard Bradbury's deposition.  It was scheduled for today at 1 pm. according to public records.

I think it would be safe to guess that the Sembler's could never be deposed under oath regarding Straight, so in an effort to avoid being deposed they are unable to do Bradbury's deposition.

What cowards!!

I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL BRADBURY SUE'S THE LIVING SHIT OUT OF THEM.  THEN THEY WON'T HAVE ANY CHOICE BUT BE DEPOSED!!!  

GO BRADBURY!!!!!!!!!!

Well well well. Looks like Sembler didn't expect this. He was waiting for Rich to back down and now what can he do??? :scared: It looks like Rich finaly has the balls of Sembler in his hands. Bet Mel wasn't expecting his little scheme to back fire. Gee poor mel. Poor wittle Mel.  :grin: I am praying for your success everyday!

Ray Bradbury was scheduled for his deposition on Tuesday July 27, 2004 but this did not occur. For the fourth time Lenny Englander canceled the deposition. And then on Friday July 30, Mr. Englander filed an "Order of Referral to Mediation." Looks like the Semblers are in the mood to mediate this high profile case.
