Discovery Academy is like Provo Canyon School. As I've said in previous posts, Provo Canyon School is the mother of many other abusive programs. This DA uses the same punitive measures used at PCS.  If anyone was abused at DA or PCS - please notify the authorities.

The supervisor for Child Protective Services in the Provo/Orem area is Amanda Rader.
Please email her with a brief report of the abuse you experienced as well as the abuse you witnessed. If you know the names of those who may still be in danger of abuse - please name them.  Her email address: arader@utah.gov

If we think them not enlightened enough to exercise their control with a wholesome discretion, the remedy is not to take it from them but to inform their discretion by education
