I know I'll probably get flamed for this but so be it. As far as taxes go Libs are always in favr and trying to jack our taxes, one thing that can be said for conservitives they generally believe in tax cuts, some corporate welfare, but that being said I have never heard a Sen. Kennedy or any other lib wanting to give money back to the people even if it is a child tax credit. I know I harp on fat Teddy al ot but he is just a prime example of how the idiots on the hill believe its their money and not ours.

The Democrats may raise some taxes...for example, currently there are no taxes on escort services, sky-box rentals at football, baseball, basketball etc, stadiums, attorney fees, etc. The CSX railroad received a tax return of over 100 million dollars in 2002. I hope they raise taxes on those folks. I paid almost 28% of my income last year in taxes. I don't mind paying taxes, but...I don't like my money wasted on things like "star wars" and obsolete cold war weapon systems and politicians being flown all over teh world on the govt dole.
So, yes, I absolutely believe that the republicans will reduce taxes on the most wealthy americans. I belive that the republicans will also raise the taxes on the poorest americans. In fact Geo Bush said so. There is a segment of society that pays virtually no income tax as they have such low income...it's called living below the poverty line. I think it is wrong to raise taxes on these folks. Yes, the Republicans will raise taxes on the middle class I believe.
Dems will probably increase taxes for the wealthest americans. I believe the Dems will spread around the taxes better.
Is Kerry any better than Bush? I doubt it. That being said, I think that Kerry will surround himself with Dems and that makes me feel better than being surrounded by the neo-con crowd. I don't like weapons dealers and big oil running this country. And, that is exactly who runs the administration now.
