Catholic Teachers Aide in trouble for calling girls 'sluts'.
Funny how the rest of the world views this as inappropriate. Why might it be acceptable in a program?

having the teacher apologize is hardly an appropriate disciplinary action, though..
it seems as if this issue was taken very lightly and acknowledged only because there were these girls whose parents would have no less.
maybe i'm just being pressumptuous, but i don't think so... i think something like this deserves a lot more attention, and i think that woman should have been made an example of.
she was just a fucking aide anyway.

Because no one outside believes that this, and worse, happens inside.

Does anyone else see that this comes from tight assed religious people???  In this case, specifically the Catholics.  OMG....you can see the girls mid-section.....SLUT!!!!!

and there's always the old "end justifies the means" crap:

In another case, a teacher who called a boy an "asshole", was supported by the principal who condoned the name-calling because it might "shock a child into behaving better".

you cedu types out there know that much worse happens and calling them sluts was just a jealous teacher who resents others being prettier than she. this was common at cedu. many blamed the fact that they were unloved by others on their looks and would take out their feelings of inadeqacy by abusing those that they thought had something that they did not.
