Stop all this druggie bullshit about White Rabbits! (I know of that song by the Jefferson Airplane) Trying to be "cool" with that image, no doubt?

And what were you running from? Your higher power.

You're lucky Kathleen wasn't on staff when you were there. She worked really well with Wanda. Wanda would shriek about how if we had to go to thebathroom we could GO ON THE GODDAMNED FLOOR and Kathleen would follow up with how disgusting we were. Presumably she never needed to go to the bathroom. UH OH Seems I wasn't "avoiding myself"just actually had to pee. Like before my fucking bladder burst and killed me on the spot. Wanda looked stunned then horrified then pissed. But Kathleen ENJOYED it. She laughed and laughed and in between laughing fits told us how dusgusting we were. How we could just sit in it. Yep, really really hated Kathleen. Still do. And will until I get an engraved apology.

Kerry Hoeppner I remember. She was on staff briefly. I don't ever remember her being vicious. She always seemed nice, kind even. Wasn't she the only person to ever do the program in the fabled 6 months?

And Margaret Heath. I'm pretty sure she was there when I was. Didn't she have a little sister, tiny little sister that was in the program also?Tracie? If I recall correctly, I think Margaret became a midwife. I can picture Margaret so clearly.

Wherever the standard of freedom and Independence has been or shall be unfurled, there will [America's] heart, her benedictions and her prayers be. But she goes not abroad, in search of monsters to destroy. She is the well-wisher to the freedom and independence of all. She is the champion and vindicator only of her own.

hi marcia--it's really hard to for me to imagine Kathy Winn as staff--I knew her breifly in New jersey before we both moved down here- she was cool there--but when she entered straight, I realized I had to 'fess up to more crap because she knew me too well and I couldn't hide it for fear she would rat me out. Sounds like you feel about her the way I felt about Wanda Minton--that bitch scared me every time I looked at her. Most of all, I was scared of going back to her house--most unpleasant.
margaret did not have a little sister--only a big brother. She did not become a midwife--in fact, she took on straight and closed it down in early '81. I get great satisfaction in knowing she was my newcomer, and eventually stuck it to all the staff..she played the game very well and I am proud of her...
kerry was sweet, would like to know what happened to her. other names which may be familiar:
Leslie (staff) went onto become a nurse, last I heard she was in miami
Debbie Lempert--heard thru the grapevine she was killed in a car accident--not sure if that's true.
Debbie Tinsley--moved to miami, had a few kids...
Doug heminger- runs a gourmet shop in Ft lauderdale--I spoke to him on the phone @ a year ago--he's still goofy and  very straight
Mike Burnette married Nancy ( petite girl, on staff) and they live in fla, have a few kids.
Tom Brunette-mikes little brother--is a freakin' millionaire!! He got into something that made him ALOT of $$$$.
Cindy garcia--think she is a lawyer working with her dad
Kim Kincaid was killed by an abusive lover...
I've tried to locate people..most are scared to talk to me or just can't be found..
That's all for now--keep intouch! Dee

Hi Trish

I was a little blonde. Don't recall any other Marcia's in the program while I was there. Hope I was nice to you. I am sorry if I wasn't. How are you?
