We?re not supposed to talk about it as you can well imagine. I can only say that the meeting went well.  I think that the attorneys understand and are shocked.  

I hope and pray for all of us that they can make a difference.

what exactly is this all about?  Are you suing Newton, or is this about something else entirely.  I guess I missed something here....
If this is about a class action suit against Newton, then God bless you all who testify.  I wish you all luck, and anxiously await the outcome.   I would like to understand what is going on though.

This isn't the best place to talk about this, but I was there and I can say that it went well.  I agree with the other post...the attorneys were shocked at the extent of all of this.  Hopefully something good can come out of it.

Hello
I just found this site while looking for some info on a possible class action law suit against DESC, in Kettering ,Ohio. Does anyone have any info on this? The city managers office, says they have none on it.
