Just wanted to back you guys up on the whole "What took us so long to do a Google?" syndrome. I was the same. I dont have an explaination though.
I think maybe it was Ginger who once made a comment regarding how it wouldnt be surprising if it was all part of our programming. Sort of like a super-delayed alarm clock. Everyone seems to have the same story about how long it took them, but they dont know why.
Anyhow, welcome all. I hope you stick around. I have been posting for going on 4 years now (I think). Lots of things seem to surface at the beginning for people, just dont let those of us around here who can be a little abrasive get you down. Its really not personal, and after a while you will come to know the different personalities.
I always get jabbed for saying this but, try not to have too high expectations of the forum. Its a great place to vent and to release memories and so forth, but you may not get many answers or validations. Their are lots of people who are supportive and lots who arent, so if you get a bad perspective from someone regarding what you say, take it in stride. Just some friendly advice.
Good luck and welcome again!
