How do I go about setting up a defense fund?  Do I need to find an attorney first or what?  I you have advice please email me privately.

Yes people are sue happy today.  NO one needs to agree with each other however one things for sure is taking advangate of parents desperation has to stop and perhaps people could work with each other to get there vs. wasting the time, money and energy to hate those they disagree with.

I'm no lawyer, but it seems to me that you can set up a legal defense fund (at a bank or credit union) using a 3rd party who would be willing to manage the account and assume responsibility for soliciting donations and appropriating the distribution of funds.  Once this is done, you can network with other anti-slapp groups to get the word out.
