More "profound" statements from the Ambassador Melvin Semble

There he goes again acting like some kind of patron saint as if he is (to use Rush's words) "on loan from God". As if he really gave a damn about anyone who suffered with AIDS or any other kind of STD out there. The fool who profited sooooooo damned deeply off of Straight Inc. obviously made NO attempt to stop his staff from calling young men and women "immoral" "fags" "whores" "sluts" "dykes" "scum" ~ and the list goes on. Some of these people believed what Straight said about them, they fell into a sort of self fulfilling prophecy due to YOUR Straight, Inc's brainwashing techniques and GOT some of those STD's including AIDS I would have to believe. NOW all of the sudden that son of a bitch is "compassionate". Well asshole your day in court IS coming, you better believe it, we WILL see that you are held accountable for this, you WON'T worm your way out, WE won't let you.

"Together, We Must Fight AIDS Before It's too Late", December 1, 2003

By Mel Sembler
U.S. Ambassador to Italy

The following op-ed appeared in "Il Messaggero" on December 1, 2003

The accelerating spread of the HIV virus worldwide threatens millions of people on all continents. Forty-two million people are already infected. An estimated 8,500 men, women and children die every day. That?s eighteen more people by the time you finish reading this column. Without concerted action, an additional 45 million will be infected by 2010, fueled by predicted epidemics in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, among other areas. According to UN, World Bank and other experts, HIV/AIDS is spreading faster in parts of Europe and Eurasia than in any other region ? including Africa.

HIV/AIDS is not just a compelling humanitarian issue. It tears social fabrics and robs young democracies of the citizens they need to build freer, better futures. It deprives nations of the human resources they need to develop, sapping global growth. Unchecked, HIV/AIDS can threaten whole countries and destabilize entire regions. No nation is protected by geography or by political, social or religious association. Global trade and tourism tie us together inextricably. We are all vulnerable.

Combating this disease is a national security priority for the United States. President Bush has committed the U.S. to provide $15 billion for an Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief. We are working multilaterally through the UN, WHO and as the single-largest donor to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria. We are also working bilaterally in over 75 countries, including countries in Europe and Central Asia, to save lives by preventing new infections and helping communities cope with the existing burden of disease. Europe has joined us in this fight, as evidenced by European governments? own efforts and their generous contributions to the Global Fund. Italy has shown magnificent leadership as the largest European contributor to the Global Fund - the Fund to fight AIDS, Malaria and Tuberculosis. Yet more can be done. We must all work ever more closely together and enlist non-government actors and the private sector. We must use our limited resources effectively and with compassion. And we must not be complacent about the fight against AIDS on our own continents.

We have an opportunity to combat a threat that affects our own health and the health of our children. While our governments have made momentous decisions to help fight the AIDS pandemic, each one of us can join that fight by simply educating ourselves and others about HIV/AIDS?how to prevent it, how to treat it, and how to work towards a cure.

I urge sports figures, musicians, clergy, trade unionists, teachers and parents to continue their active involvement and key role in stopping this pandemic. Leadership in this battle cannot come only from government officials. We must all lend our voices to educate and prevent new HIV/AIDS infections.

The HIV virus is spreading at an alarming rate; 1 in 5 people living with HIV/AIDS throughout the world is under the age of 25. We must talk about HIV/AIDS with our young people, so they can protect themselves. Only by arming our youth with the knowledge of prevention can we win the fight against the spread of this disease.

Like all great evils, AIDS feeds on ignorance and fear. Experience has shown that when government and social leaders speak out and support programs to educate people on the dangers of HIV/AIDS, the disease can be controlled. The time to speak out is now, while we still have time to educate and prevent AIDS? devastation to our societies, our economies and our lives.

Sembler says we need to educate ourselves to prevent this evil from taking over our young and our economies...blah, blah, blagh.

I think he means "RE-Educate"  In order educate our young, we only need to put them into a (chinese-russian like) re-education camp.  Put all the young people in a big warehouse and separate the males from the females, and tell them how evil it is to look at or think about the opposite sex.  Give them real unhealthy shame about normal human behavior, make them confess their sins, and degrade themselves, report themselves, hell, even make them suicidal, and ta-da! We will have cured the AIDS epidemic!

Well,

I think AIDS Incorporated will be a great success yall.  Go Melly my Biatch !!!

I can't wait for it.  He'll have kids in AIDS incorporated who don't really have AIDS at all, but they'll get to serve years for their country because they had the wrong attitude and MAY have gotten the disease.  And the few who actually do have AIDS from careless and constant sex and shooting up with dirty needles, they'll wind up dead or with other disabilities as a result of the program.  Hell, even the steps to recovery at the center will be borrowed.

The staff at AIDS incorporated will not have AIDS either, but they will sure enough be out getting fucked every night and coming in the next day to work and tell kids how bad having sex is.

That seriously makes me a bit ill knowing Melly my Bitch has already thought of this.  I'll just have to fuck him some more and get it out of his system, he's so temperamental.
