The lawsuit is still ongoing, if I recall correctly.  At least CBC still has it that way with their report.

All About Receiving Cash is suing my Special Lady Friend for $1.5 million.  They are also suing Simi Bate, Rachel O'Neil, Bodana Dye-Kibble, CBC and a whistle-blower who was subcontracted to them for IT.  AARC is tremendously enthusiastic about litigation.  I think that it is very likely they will soon sue me.

Rachel and Bodana were AARC clients, Simi was a Kids client and original AARC Peer Counselor.  All four women appeared in the Fifth Estate program.  The lawsuits have been very destructive to those people.  AARC has the most powerful law firm in Canada working for them, the girls have had difficulty obtaining adequate legal representation.
