I don't want to give away Bellis' ID. I'll only say that she's trustworthy enough to do as she's promised (or not, as in going on a mad banning by mob rule binge) with the admin access I've given her. But she's not the final descision maker. The special Spammer designation
was her idea, but I gave her the OK.
Frod, why do you think she's goth?
Aside from admin stuff, though, I think she demonstrates a damned fine ability to detect and see past bullshit.

Oh, if
only I could tell you all about who just called ya'll down! Some of ya'll would ROFLYAO, others probably would not.
The scorched Earth method really doesn't work very well in the more commonly accepted reality that exists outside the Program paradigm. What are you trying to accomplish by it?
A lot of different people hold to different views about the purposes of these forums. I've stated some in the terms of use (FAQ #1) but I'd like to expand on it a little. The following is not about what you should do, it's only about why I ever spend any time reading and posting here outside of the hour or so per month required for tech support.
The whole broad issue of the teen help industry, cultism, the politics surrounding them is extremely interesting to me. I suppose that's because of my own need to sort out my experience
and to come up with better ways to respond. I'm not out to punish anyone from my past for anything. I've seen that tried so many times for so many different causes and it just seems to do more harm than good almost every time.
All I'm about is getting people to think critically and to talk about the program. Which do you find more helpful? Making sure somebody you hate knows you think he was an ass kiss or a sadist while in the program? Trying to anger or humiliate them in public? Or letting the tax payors know how the State is going about housing and caring for kids in their custody? Or how the State of New York Committee on Special Education is doing a little publicly funded recruiting for Elan?
http://www.sro.nysed.gov/00-038.htmGiven the number of schools, bootcamps, group homes and in detention implimentations of the method, there is no possible way that this issue could be of interest only to a small, weird, isolated minority. The Program is a subtle, but pervasive, part of our society. Like a perverted uncle, some don't talk about it in polite company. That's one of the big problems I'd like to help solve here. If we could just get people to understand what it is they're supporting, they won't support it. If I'm wrong, well I guess I'm going to have to go be a refugee in some civilized country. But I don't think I'm wrong.
Instead of giving money to fund colleges to promote learning, why don't they pass a Constitutional Amendment prohibiting anybody from learning anything? If it works as good as the Prohibition one did, why, in five years we would have the smartest race of people on earth.
