As far as I know, there are currently two lawsuits in progress against WWASPS (there may well be more). There's this one, the plaintiff being Carl Brown Austin, and which addresses Brown-Austin's experiences at Casa by the Sea and High Impact, and then there's the multi-plaintiff suit reported on in another thread, which targets several different WWASPS programs.

I would suggest contacting the respective (plaintiff) attorneys involved. As far as this thread is concerned, that would be Thomas Burton, quite possibly the same Thomas Burton who has filed at least seven or eight lawsuits against WWASPS in the past.
