Now some spam is just funny.  AA driving lessons?  Imagine such a thing.  God grant me the serenity to avoid the deer in front of me! -- or let's "let go" and "let god" around that curve.  SCREETCH!!!

Mmm. Could be they're aiming to impart a certain fluidity to the set of folks' driving skills. :D

Yeah, i do have some advice. I've driven more than 800k miles, all sorts of vehicles, all sorts of roads, all sorts of weather.rigs to cars, trailer and bob-tail. I'd sure as hell rather be on the road with a drunk, than some mommy on a cell phone. See, a drunk you can ususally spot, and avoid. Cell users are very hard to spot and avoid. a drunk is predictable, cell users are not. just ,my opinion after more than 800k miles, city, open road, elevated, rural.

dear samara Thank you for the kind words.
I regret to inform you that I am already my own advice column. However, since I rarely accept my own advice, and since my advice is often incoherent,I'm afraid that that would be a failed venture. After all, i bought diamonds three months before the soviet dumped the market
Since you didn'task, and it's irrelavant anyway, yes, I do "hear voices" The voices I hear sound like Katie Couric or Wolf Blitzer. I ignore them.
Soon they go away.
Thanks, though.

This is exactly why you need your own column. Most advice is trite sh*t we already know but don't follow. Isn't it better to not  follow advice we don't understand and maybe get a couple of yuks out of it?

To Dr. Fucktard (jeez, how inventive)
I responded, when the Gorilla, who was off his meds, they knew him well, when the 'Gorilla" said "let's box, white boy", I looked around the 8' by 10' concrete cell, noticed that there were no cameras on the holding cells, and I said to him well, "pick your corner" Yes, I did commit the crime I was accused of. I failed to pay a 12.50 fine I didn't know I owed. It resulted in a warrant a year later. (Owed hell, It's another Government racket)
When we were done, didn't take long, thank God, He had reach and weight on me.But I prevailed. Some yo-yo showed up with bandages and his meds. He was in my 'string' in transport to jail, no fun at all, chained together, he was a compulsive talker, but, I digress.
He had decided by that time that we were friends. I gained some respect for cutting him up, but all told, I'd recommend the Holiday Inn.
Perhaps you've had the same experience? Maybe not.
P.S. We both went to genpop. Know what the sign on the wall reads? I do.
J.O.M.
To the kid who asked about AA driving..Avoid cops at all times, they're really not as sensitive as I made out they were.
