mass murderers
« on: November 06, 2003, 12:54:00 AM »
They just caught a guy in Seattle admitting to killing 48 women. It took them two decades to catch him.

They sure caught a lot of pot growers though, thank Christ for that.
We can all sleep safe knowing THOSE menaces to society are safely behind bars. Too bad they 'just didn't have the manpower to spare' to find mass murderers like Gary Ridgeway.

Driving violators, drug users, prostitutes, are another story. Yep. Cleaning up society. Making the free world safe from potheads, while some sociopath runs around for decades murdering women.
Where do they get these law enforcement and legislative geniuses from, The Special Olympics?
Jesus Christ. When the fuck are they going to get their priorities straight?

You've got to get your priorities right. It's smoking pot that creates serial killers in the first place or is it that smoking pot makes you more likely to be the victim of one. Most likely its both. Geez, I can't believe how you far left communists think.

You got it Clay, if we werent trudging through back alleys and dark corners looking for our next quarter bag before we get the shakes and go into withdrawls (hehe), we wouldnt have ever placed ourselves in a vulnerable situation to begin with.....these women brought in on themselves because they are druggielosers.  They didnt work their program.

Good lord.

Please, please, PLEASE send that out, just as it is, to every paper you can think of! They really don't mind pseudonyms, provided they have a valid phone number to verify authorship.

Clay, this is satire, isn't it?

You'd be surprised (or maybe not) how often people get confused between authentic opinion pieces from renowned drug warriors and items out of The Onion.

When we contemplate the whole globe as one great dewdrop, striped and dotted with continents and islands, flying through space with all other stars all singing and shining together as one, the whole universe appears as an infinite storm of beauty.

Ok, before anyone accuses me of plagerism, I'll cop to it. I edited that piece just slightly for profanity and my own personal taste and fired it off to the Pittsburgh Tribune Review. They've verified and will be printing within the next week or so.

I think that all right-thinking people in this country are sick and tired of being told that ordinary, decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired.  I'm certainly not!  But I'm sick and tired of being told that I am!

just becuse alcohol is legal it is okay to drink, not mentioning the side effects of it. should we outlaw it? no. because there is a culture around it. unfortunately in the america we drink as much as we can as fast as we can as often as we can. america is a place of grandiose porportions and excessiveness. we all think we deserve and that we are better and that we can all do what we want. addictions aren't the issues if we deal with them as can or cannot, punish or no punish. we don't give a shit about whether or not someone is sick from drugs or alcohol, we just want the profits that come from it, call the shit helping or rehab. I mean what the fuck does this say about us? people need drugs because other people are fucked in the head, like criminal shit for smoking. people live their lives by shitty ass laws that have nothing to do with god blessing america

So true.  It blows my mind that in the prison I work in the hardest sentences handed down are for drugs.  A lot for pot and crystal meth.  THOSE folks get screwed in the legal system, they get LOOOONGG sentences.  Now, if instead you say, molest a CHILD, they will MAYBE get 3-5 years and then back out on the streets they go.  Even worse, most have a rap sheet of harming children over and over again.  Still, they don't get the book thrown at them like the drug offenders do.
