Superbowl Predictions
« on: January 09, 2011, 03:57:24 PM »
Great game last night between NO and Sea. Watching Balty and KC now; we all know how that ends. Hope Packers take it tonight, but ultimately, who do you think the SB match up is gonna be?

I love Boston, but hate Bellichik and don't find his machine team too inspiring. So, I'm pretty happy with whoever kicks their ass. ;)

Super Bowl XLV

Green Bay Packers - 27 ......  New England Patriots - 34

Ok...been a game hound this weekend. Rooting for steelers, gb, and jets.  Steelers vs. Ravens went predictably... always down to the last goal, last minutes.   GB vs. F - what a dull as f*ck game. Falcons' defense sucked. Jets vs. Patriots -  fun to watch Patriots twist... I thought Pats may rally at beginning of 4th but that hope evaporated quickly. What I don't understand is how the Steelers traded Holmes?!!  Holmes will be playing his "ex" next week... should be a good game. BR is a better passer than Sanchez, so we shall see. Would love to see Packers take Bears, and a Packer - Steeler match up. Won a paltry $20 on tonight's game... But it's a round!

So what do y'all think about post season so far?

I meant P (ats) vs. J .... This week's P/J game should be good but Jets are on a tear.  Sanchez isn't the most precise off side, but... as a whole, team on a roll.   It all comes down to who's hungriest. (Pats consistently win, but too much a machine when it counts.  Where's the soul?)

So, Pitts vs. Jets? We shall see. For GB vs. B, def. GB. But I hope all games are close because I hate roll overs. I hope at least one game goes to last sec or maybe OT.  Making some beer soaked brats and holy guacamole for tomorrow's game. woohoo!

I know just mess'in with ya. Sorta sad Pats lost. Know root'in for the Jets. It was 10 years ago when the underdog Pats went all the way for the first time. Winning the Super Bowl against the Rams if you remember.
Great games tomorrow, don't think we will be disappointed. Packs and Bears what a game. Jets and Steelers, gotta give it to Pitt. Knocking on the Door for the third time in the past 6-7 years.
Take care, Samara. Don't be a stranger.

Awesome, awesome game!!!  Raji and Shields sealed the deal!  GBP all the way. I admit to feeling sorry for Cutler, and thought the game could possibly go into OT but no chance with Shields' Interception.

Take out the apple pie and On the next!

I am feeding people, watching the game, and tutoring all at the same time. We women can multitask!

Your wish came true. Good game with S vs. J. Rexy was ticked. Cant imagine Tomlin ever throwing down his head set like that, but he is a cool cat. If I were a coach, I don't think I could handle the pressure and intensity. My face would be an open book. I'd probably throw down a headset or two, too.

What did you think of Cutler (Bears.) He is getting A LOT of flack from other teams for sidelining on a critical game. I'm not a doctor - nor do I play one on TV - so I can't tell whether he should've toughed out the injury.
