This is a interesting Article, Shows the beginning of Elan 4 Parsonfield (Our locked down facility).
Joe Ricci is claiming that this house will hold 80 residents and have 26 staff. Now lets do the math.
(1) Cook
(1) Secretary
(2) Security Guards
(5) Teachers
(1) Director
(1) Ass. Director
(3) Staff

Total 14 employees/staff
So where did Joe get 26 staff number, oh that's right megalomaniacs have to impress.
I know this because I worked in this facility starting in early 76 till 78.
