The mentally ill usually have fixations, and in this case fArt fixated himself on women and feels superior I would think when degrading them. What this man needs is a good ole fashinoned reality check. I know.  It was kinda rhetorical.  They both are avid AAers and both suffer from Staff Personality Disorder.  Most of it seems to be targeted towards women, in both cases.  Wonder what they're putting in the coffee these days at meetings?

fArt is an exstaffer, but I do not believe he supports what goes on there. He's not like say a ken Zaretsky who must likely gets a bonus for referrals from what I heard from a few people awhile back. fArt does hate elan and it's staff, so he does have one good thing in common. Some may think he is pretending, but if you do a search on his name, you will find postings where he posted at a media outlet, exposing the ugly truth of what went on, in hopes they will investigate elan on a more aggressive level.

Tough love defination for Joe ricci was fucking Claire in the staff trailer after hours, with Martin Kruglik peeking in the windows to watch Joe and Marc Rosenberg peeking in the other window to watch Claire and masterbate. Marc had a habit of peeking in the windows and masterbating. I personally caught him peeking in the window of the female bathroom while a female teenager was in there using it. I was very surprised of the excuse Marc used, and how well he used it expeditiously. He said he was over seeing the girl because she was a corner person and had she also had a history of suicidal thoughts. Now this occurred at night and Marc was pretty well scootched down behind a bush so that it would not be too noticeable for someone to see if someone happen to be outside walking in the parking lot. If he really was over seeing her, he didn't have to be scootched down, it's not like he would of been seen by the girl in the potty cause it was dark outside, Marc just didn't want to be seen from anyone else. Also found it funny how after I caught him, he got up and walked towards me and went back int he house, leaving the girl with no one over seeing her as well. I knew what he was doing and Marc knew that I knew what he was doing. Also during my stay, I remember the great pantie caper where feamle panties had mysteriously disappeared from the female dorms. It was discovered that the panties would go missing after the females hit the floor. Not saying Marc was the pantie theif, but it was brought up quite a bit that female panties went missing while on Marcs watch as over night staff. I think the culprit went on a pantie search and sniff mission while everyone was in school at night. Marc was always never around alot of the times between the hours of 7-10 pm weekdays. I think he used to tell the c.o.d that he was going to take a nap or something and this would of been the perfect time to shoot dope in the old e-7 building aka the luggage cabin, and then go on a seek and sniff pantie mission in the female dorms. There was alot of coruption that went on with most of the staff, even with the guidance counseler (whom I forgot his name). He got canned by elan cause he knocked up a 17 year old resident and elan decided to grant her a early graduation to cover it up. She graduated a full coordinator at 16-18 months. The average stay was 18 - 24 months at the time and after full coordinator, one would get re-entry for 3-4 months before graduating. So much corruption, so many lies, so much deception all at the hands of the staff..Marc Rosenberg, Claire Woodman, Marty Kruglik, Joe Ricci, Ken Zaretzky, Linda Roy, Ann Flyn, and Peter Rowe. Yea Pete Rowe always had to have 2-3 female residents hanging out with him in the house living room while the rest of the house was in school. And in many cases, the girls would be sitting close by him. I know that Peter wanted to have sex with these young girls, he had a very hard time keeping his hands out of his pockets when in the company of them. Not sure of Marty ever tried to get with a female resident, if he did try it would of have to been a corner person in restraints, cause Marty was a very ugly looking man to be honest. I know he was jealous of Pete Rowe cause Pete knew how to charm the ladies and Marty couldn't. This is mainly why Marty found love with buffalos and preached his indian heritage on the houses. Also found it ironic that Marty always had the company of male residents in his sweat lodges on the soccer feild behind elan one. Marty was all into that (cleanse your soul bullshit) but I think used it as an excuse to see male residents int heir under wear.

I know we have all told are negative stories and hates for Elan, that doesn't make us righteous. The fact we stand up for each other does, and Fart just bashes everyone and likes it. We all have our times and disagree, but Fart takes things to a level thats unforgivable. I see him going from abuser to guilt back to abuser. He found out that even if he sides with the residents he is still hated and not liked and he cant handle the truth. He has already struck some peoples life so hard that, he will always be on the out's in life. This Sharon must be the bomb, I would like to see her photo, same with Felice. He has found no one who wants him, he tried Elan and no luck, tried hating Elan and no luck,he tried drugs and manipulation and no luck, he tried his family and no luck. He is the kid no one liked and grew up to be the man no one likes.And after Eric finds out what he does all day at the parts counter at the junk yard  he wont like Fart ether.How about his girl friend he lives with, what happens when she see'e he stalks women every day. ?? she wont like him ether, or hate him more than already.
