Lols. Could also be that structural repairs are too much of a hassle for them to deal with at the moment. Wasn't another of their buildings recently condemned and/or slated for demolition due to termite or carpenter ant damage or other "structural deficiencies?"

On another note, anyone know which faculty were living there up 'till recently (or still are)?

They are probably trying to sell the houses so that they don't have to stop paying Malcolm big money for not actually doing anything. Maybe he can raze the building, pave paradise and put up a basketball court!

Why don't they sink some money into the dorms, instead of lining their own pockets? Have you seen what conditions the kids are living in? I'll bet the Gauld's house is pretty nice inside.
