WWASP Rule System (Conveniently!) Changing?

I periodically check the Spring Creek Lodge website to see if friends of mine from when I was in the program are still there. Last time I checked, they had changed the system of levels. In fact, I am led to believe that they
"no longer have levels." Or, that is what they are leading us to believe (Or trying, of course. Anyway, does anyone know anything about this?   
    
 This is the new "Status Achievment Key"
Regular- Level 1
Acheivement-Level 2
Advanced-Level 3
Advanced All-Star-Level 3*
Service-Level 4
Honor-Level 5
High Honor- Level 6

This to me seems like a dupe... trying to eliminate the "punishment" sense of the whole consequence system... holler back if you're catching my drift or you know anything about it...
