This is an old troll, I'm surprised people are still falling for this, but RobertBruce has never struck me as the sharpest tool in the shed. Psy already posted that TheWho is not the person they are claiming it is. Don't believe the hype.
If you don't know about this scam, it works like this.
A provocateur creates a forum sock puppet taking the opposite view of the people on the forum. In this case it would need to be pro industry, hence TheWho was born. After a while, the provocateur returns as a new sock puppet, this time claiming to know who the first provocateur is, even though in reality they are the same person. The provocateur will stir the forum into a frenzied angry mob before suggesting the forum users take matters into their own hands and slander whoever the named target might be.
This is a classic technique used by internet trolls to get other people to do their dirty work.
So you can either see this who-drama for what it is, a scam. Or you can be a tool like RobertBruce, and become obsessed with an internet delusion and spends your days chasing after e-ghosts. It's up to you.
From an unbiased perspective, since the named target is involved in the Troubled Teen Industry, I believe we can safely conclude the person behind this scam is a program 'survivor'.
