I dont think anyone is trying to determine cause either.  What they are trying to say is program parents who are very dedicated have kids who may have died or were severely at risk.  If anyone has ever attended a run for a cause like say breast cancer.  The ladies who are most vocal, most dedicated teams typically have someone close to them who have died from breast cancer.    A persons death rallies people to rise up to help others.

Or in this case, specifically, to hurt more children.  That's what John does.  His neglect caused his son's death and now he refers people to programs where they can dump their kid so they don't have to deal with him/her.  His hobby is running, too.  What a coincidence, eh?

I am not suppose to say this but personally I would recommend Calgary, at this time, because the kids get a little more one on one attention there. AARC is at capacity right now and has just lost a key staff person. Their quality hasn’t suffered but Calgary can offer more attention at this time until Alberta can get new people in.".

They may not be but relatives of women who died of breast cancer and relatives of children who died of suicide are closely similar in my opinion.  People rally together especially those who had been close to them and have helped through the years leading up to their deaths.  I cant believe that  a single parent of a child of suicide wished that on another family just the same as people who lost a mother to breast cancer do not work towards having others die.  Your logic is nutty, I am sorry to say.

Of course they are not.  We hear stories of abducted kids all the time and the parents of these kids do not put their other kids in harms way.  If anything they become overly protective.  Its a natural response.  Families with relatives who died of breast cancer tend to get more screenings (not the opposite like you are suggesting)

I actually couldn’t make it.  I was getting a complimentary trip from Aspen.  But I had it filmed, I plan to watch it this summer.

I’ve come to the conclusion that aside from calling out a troll by the recognizable slur of “WHO”,speculation about the identity of the “WHO” as a single entity is misguided.
Those who have an agenda to defend programs, silence survivors or to do as trolls do, tend to do so under the guise of "guest". The confusion created by this allows for them to put out their assertions without anyone being able to really engage them in a substantive debate. This seems important to them as they really don’t seem interested in having an open discussion, that doesn’t devolve.
It occurs to me that the mantle of mystery/obfuscation perpetuated by guest quote guest quote strands, undermines any real fleshing out of relevant points.

So, I have come to realize there is no such thing as the Easter Bunny, nor is there a “WHO”. It’s just some guys stinking of mothballs typing away with their plastic whiskers wilting in the musty heat of their dank existence. Whoever each of them may be, they’re agendas are served by the idea of a unified enemy named “WHO”.

Pick them apart and parse out their objectives. Anyone having actual factual information about program pimps would do well to call them out one by one, under a thread with their name on it. Let them defend themselves there.

She was too old for SUWS or ASR.  There is a program called ARHW (At Risk House Wives).  Which is an Aspen beta overseas project for women struggling with household issues.  Women who are at-risk of filling for divorce can be enrolled in Bahrain where they start out in an orange burka and move through various stages until they finally get to call home when they are about half way thru the program.  This usually takes 8-12 years before they get their first phone call.
