Florida wants to execute a Dane

<< < (3/4) > >>

Oscar:
She just held a press conference at the airport. It is possible because she is not considered a flight risk here in Denmark. She left the press conference an hour ago to meet the Marshall who are going to escort her to Florida.

The charges against her continues to be unknown. A grand jury in Florida has cooked some new ones as the old one contained charges which are not crimes in Denmark. There were ready some 6 hours ago.

Because the new charges were not translated to Danish our courts and the department of justice would not judge them but allow her to be extradited beceause Denmark as a country has received the payment in the political deal, which have made the extradition process possible.

September 4 - 2009 will be known as the Day Denmark was humiliated by the justice system in Florida.

We will continue to hunt down former refugees hiding in Denmark to kill the thrist for revenge. When a foreign country removes someone from our middle so she can be taken to a showtrial, we want some others to be hurt. The first 22 people were dumped in Bagdad some 36 hours ago. Some are already missing.

Hopefully the newspapers in Miami will show the bodies of the women, children and men, who the prosecutors forced us to deport as retaliation for the insult against our justice system.

As a nation we are so angry as seldom before.

Oscar:
The preparation for the trial in Miami have revealed that took place back then.

The Danish woman seemed to have worked as an consultant and did advice firms how to meet European clients when it comes to dressing right. She met this charming Italian guy who owned an investment firm in Miami who claimed to have businesses in Europe and she schooled his employees to look more businesslike. Along the way she discovers that the investment firm was a front for a drug smuggling operation.

She contacted the local police, gave them names and offered to work as an undercover agent. She traveled to Denmark so her little daughter could be with her family if something happened to her. While in Denmark the case was turned over to DEA and they wanted the credits for catching these criminals for themselves. They arrested the lot and in exchange for a testimony against the Danish woman they got off extremely easy. Even the leader of the drug operation left jail after only 6 years for smuggling 100,000 pills worth millions.

Now yesterday December 1 the DEA agent in charge told the court under oath that it was the Danish minister of Justice who urged DEA to seek extradition for the Danish woman.

It could very well be the truth because a lot of Danish youth waste a lot of times studying abroad. Due to higher standards a Dane taking a year in a U.S. High school cannot get any credits and the goal for the last 5 years have been to minimize use of gap years and exchange student programs. The teory the politics built upon is that youth connecting with foreign youth causes fauna polluting of our superior culture when youth takes customs from abroad back home. A high profile case where a Dane is convicted of ridiculous charges in a show trial would scare potential youth and their families considering studying abroad from involving themselves in such projects and in this specific case the Danish woman would have been pardoned within 6 months when she according to extradition agreement should be returned to Denmark to serve out her sentence.

But the odd thing is that both the minister of Justice at the time and the Ministry of Justice themselves strongly deny that they in any way urged the DEA to demand her extradition.

We will write other members of the parliament in order to try to raise a question about this case, which the minister has to answer truthfully or resign.

The obvious question for the DEA is whether their agent did commit perjury yesterday if the Danish version is the truth.

We as Danish citizens will continue to digg in this case.

I cannot deny that it to some extend can be true, but please remember what kind of process Denmark is undergoing now. We are about to elect the first president of the European Union. In some generations EU will be United states of Europe. You can rest assure of that.

What kind of feeling could that bring for the ordinary citizens? Would i not be like giving up Obamas job in exchange for having the United Nations running the United States?
